Invalidity Analysis

Invalidity of industrial property assets means that the protection provided by the Industrial Property Law No. 6769 is deemed to have never existed. If a lawsuit is filed, the court may decide on the invalidity of industrial property assets registered without complying with the registration conditions.

Invalidity analysis report is presented as to whether the industrial property assets meet the registration requirements specified in the Industrial Property Law No. 6769 and whether they can be invalidated. When necessary, a comprehensive research is carried out for the industrial property assets that are requested to be invalidated and the results are evaluated in a sensitive and objective manner.

Invalidity analysis report contributes;

• to the creation of a defense strategy by questioning the validity of industrial property assets in case of a possible infringement,
• to the determination of the legal power of protection for industrial property assets in investment/commercialization processes.
