Infringement AnalysisIndustrial property infringement analysis is an examination conducted to determine whether an individual's or organization's industrial property rights have been violated.
Acts such as unauthorized production, use or sale by third parties for commercial purposes of products and/or services that fall within the scope of protection of industrial property assets held by rights holders considered as an infringement, and an analysis is carried out to determine whether such actions will cause an infringement.
The scope of protection of the industrial property that is considered to have been infringed, as well as the products and/or services that are deemed to constitute an infringement, will be analyzed according to the Industrial Property Law No. 6769 to determine whether an infringement has occurred.
The infringement analysis report enables;
- to determine of whether products or services offered by third parties fall within the scope of protection of industrial property rights.
- to facilitate the assessment of the infringement situation prior to the litigation process and help to prevent potential resource and reputation losses that may arise from infringement lawsuits.
